The City of Ottawa has launched its Ready for Rail  information and education campaign to equip all customers with the information they need to take their journey on the new O-Train Confederation Line in 2018.
To ensure that all customers have a smooth transition to the new multimodal transit system, the Ready for Rail information, communications and marketing campaign offers a range of information on topics, including routes and stations, ticket machines and customer help points, accessibility and safety features, and frequency of service. Our goal is to make sure that all customers are familiar with the new system features and that they are ready for their new journey in 2018 on the O-Train Confederation Line.
