Roof Top Signs - Affiches de toit

Texte français suit.

Right now, roof top signs are not allowed anywhere under the existing City by-laws. Some businesses and residents may think they should be allowed on commercial properties.

City Council wants to know what you think about roof top signs in your neighbourhood and around the city before it decides if it should change the existing City by-laws.

To have your say:
  • review the discussion paper, see the photo examples and complete the questionnaire posted on ottawa.ca/rooftopsigns, or
  • call 311 to receive your package by mail or by email, or
  • pick up the information package at one of the City Client Service Centres and return the completed questionnaire to a Client Service Centre or to the contact listed below.
This matter will be considered at the public meeting of Planning Committee, scheduled for consideration in the spring of 2011. If you would like to be notified of the specific meeting date, please include your contact information in your response.

===============
